Kru Ruben Yanez

Ruben Yanez a.k.a “Briento Santo” began training Muay Thai in 1994 with Ajahn Suchart. Ruben had a simple goal of learning Muay Thai to build a strong cardiovascular physique, and that goal later developed into a strong desire to fight. Ruben fell in love with the art of Muay Thai and its fighting method. He continued fighting amateur fights leading him to his first amateur title in 1997 and became a Professional Champion in 1999, holding titles in ISKA and USKBA Super Welterweight Division. Ruben made his professional debut fighting an experienced fighter from the renowned Fairtex gym, which inspired him to travel to Thailand to train and fight while absorbing as much Muay Thai knowledge and culture as possible. Presently, Ruben is still training Muay Thai and has the desire to keep learning from Ajahn Suchart and his fellow teammates.

Ruben teaches at Siam №1’s new Woodbridge location. His classes include a stimulating cardiovascular workout followed by a complete technical introduction to a different basic Muay Thai weapon each class. A true believer of “Love, Respect, Believe”, Ruben makes each class enjoyable while helping you reach your goal.

Kru Glen Gonsalves

Kru Glen Gonsalves is Ajahn Suchart's first Muay Thai champion made in Ontario Canada. In 1991, Glen and Ajahn Suchart took Ontario by storm when Glen won the title North American Pro & Amateur Middleweight Champion 1994-1996.
His skills and technique are comparable to none. Known as an expert with knees, Kru Glen teaches challenging and technically precise classes.

Kru Mina Reyes

Kru Mina Reyes has studied under Ajahn Suchart for almost 10 years. She is a certified personal trainer as well as Muay Thai instructor. Kru Mina also coaches and corners Siam fighters.

Her classes incorporate a variety of drills and techniques that compliment and reflect the true nature of Muay Thai as demonstrated by Ajahn Suchart.

PooChoi Kru Simon Marcus

Simon "Bad Bwoy" Marcus is an accomplished fighter holding titles both in the professional and Amateur level. He offers alot of ring expeience and fight conditioning on the technical level.

Kru Noi Pratai

A Thai native, Kru Noi brings great skill to the Siam №1 team. Kru Noi has trained in Muay Thai his entire life and also is trained in Krabi Krabong, and Muay Boran - 2 ancient forms of Thai martial arts.

Beyond basic Muay Thai skill, Kru Noi incorporates Thai language into his classes and after class, he may offer you a delicious Thai dish

PooChoi Kru Natalie Yip

Poo Choi Kru Natalie Yip has trained at Siam №1 for over seven years and is one of Ajahn Suchart's leading female fighters. Natalie has certifications in: and has years of Muay Thai experience.

Her classes are challenging and are sure to bring results.

Kru Kosta Rakic
(Siam №1 both locations)

Poo Choi Kru Kosta Has trained with Ajahn Suchart for over 6 years. His experiences include a Bronze medal in the World Amateur Championships in 2007, and over a dozen fights around the world.

Poo Choi Kru Kosta teaches childrens classes and mixed classes. He also coaches and corners teammates when travelling oustide of Ontario for competitions.

Poochoi Kru Domenic has been training with Ajahn Suchart for over 4 years in the art of Muay Thai. A dedicated student, and a motivator for beginners and students with low self esteem. His cardio classes are intense and sure to see results.
